It was a very sad day today. Sky1 channel here in New Zealand screened the final episode of Star Trek Enterprise. It was an excellent episode.
I can't believe that Star Trek is now over after 18 years continuously on television. Star Trek is the greatest sci-fi of all time and I must say that it is extremely sad that it is all over now. I really hope there will be more Star Trek in the future whether it be in the form of TV series or movies. It's the 4oth anniversary of Star Trek next year so maybe they will do something for that.
Star Trek hasn't been treated very well on NZ television. It started off on TV3, then moved to TV4 (now C4), then Prime, and finally pay TV channel Sky1. I must say though that Sky1 have done an excellent job in screening Enterprise. Let's hope they screen some older series sometime.
Don't know what to do on a Friday night now!!
